Stylish room, but no lift access.

My rollercoaster experience!

The breakfast was DELICIOUS! ! A great variety was available, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking, especially with rude front desk interactions and unresolved maintenance issues.

The pillows and beds provided an exceptional level of comfort, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast options were impressive, featuring omelettes, sausages, and fresh baked pastries, although the addition of vegetables would enhance it further. However, there were some setbacks. the front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful during check-in, and the laundry information was incorrect, leading to wasted time. Additionally, the absence of a bathroom vent and luggage rack detracted from the overall experience.

Had an awesome stay! The swimming pool was inviting and perfect for unwinding after a busy day, and I loved the fresh coffee available anytime. Just a heads up, the shower temperature was a bit tricky, but it didn't really spoil the fun! 😊

The check-in process was smooth and staff were friendly. The breakfast offerings were appealing and had a lovely aroma wafting through the halls. I also appreciated having a well-maintained environment, particularly the clean pool area. The city view from the room was pleasant and added a nice touch to my stay.

the holiday inn express federal way, seattle south has super friendly staff and the breakfast smelled amazing. even though we were down the hallway, we could smell it in our room! everything was clean, and we enjoyed a fun movie night too. also, the location is great, close to shopping centers for convenience.

I enjoyed the cozy ambiance of my Standard King Room, which made me feel right at home! The complimentary breakfast was a delightful spread, featuring cooked-to-order omelettes that were simply delicious. Plus, the warmth of the indoor pool was perfect for those relaxing moments after a day of exploring.

However, I did have some trouble with the water pressure in the shower—could've been better. Overall, it’s just a solid place to crash.
